No matter how dark it may seem,
Come good tide or foul weather,
As we shoulder the beam,
We march forward together.
United as one body,
Of which Christ is the head,
His love and grace we embody,
As through this sad world we tread.
Though we may disagree,
On secondary matters,
If disciples of Jesus we be,
This mends what evil shatters.
True disciples of Christ,
Love and abide in His word.
By faith in Him we are spliced;
Sheep of one Shepherd and herd.
For so saith our Lord,
‘I pray that you would be one.’
By grace all bonds are restored,
As we worship the Son.
For Jesus our God,
Died and rose again.
Through death itself He has trod;
Let the Redeemed shout, “Amen!”.
Let us all now join hands,
Bless the name of Yahweh,
And declare in all lands,
Jesus our Lord made a way.
For Christ our Creator,
Paid our debt for sin.
There is no one greater:
He battled Death and did win.
For our good gracious King,
Did suffer and die.
With humble hearts now we sing,
In grateful, just reply.
Those our Lord has called clean,
Are indeed cleansed by His blood.
From us to them this does mean,
Love should flow like flood.
Let us study His true Word,
Hold fast to His Law in faith;
Remember, mercy is preferred,
Above sacrifice, He did saith.
It is a marvelous joy,
To be united as one family,
To walk together and deploy,
Gospel to a world in calamity.
For the good news we share,
Is Jesus died for us all.
He rose and by grace repairs,
What mankind lost in the fall.
The church is Christ’s bride,
For whom He laid down His life.
Let us as one now ride,
And love a world ruled by strife.
