Sing Oh Sing

Sing oh sing to the Lord Most High,
Seeing us dead in sin He did not pass us by.

Come let us sing to the King of kings,
To all who trust Him, life, He brings.

Shout for joy to the Lord, all the Earth,
Soon He’ll return, bringing endless mirth.

In power He’ll descend,
And the skies shall rend.
Our bodies He’ll transform, and our sorrows, will mend.

Jesus Christ died for everyone’s sin,
All who trust Him, His Kingdom, shall come in.

Turn and repent, forsake sin and death,
Jesus is merciful and will give you breath.

Those who reject Him will be sent to Hell,
Where only deep dark and misery dwell.

God does not desire that any should perish,
All of His creation He does lovingly cherish.

For this reason He suffered and died,
That, to us, forgiveness and life might be supplied.

So shout for joy, for the victory is won,
In three days, up from the tomb, rose God’s own Son.

By death He conquered death and the grave,
He can do all things, He is mighty to save.

Almighty God is also gentle and meek,
And He makes Himself known to all who sincerely seek.

He stands at the door of each and every heart,
Patiently knocking but one day will depart.

What hope have we if we reject salvation?
None but the grave and hopeless damnation.

But now dry your tears and look up to the Light,
For Jesus will rescue you from the darkest night.

The Lord of life rose up and overcame,
And He raises up the sick and the lame.

Join in with Heaven and sing praise to the Christ,
For His blood alone, to pay for sin, has sufficed.

Accept His free gift offered to one and all,
Come before the throne of grace and at His feet do fall.
