See the risen King astride His horse,
Riding forth upon the clouds,
And behind Him an innumerable force,
Of heavenly legions which His light enshrouds.
The Lion of Judah, the Lamb that was slain,
Is coming to lay claim to His prize.
His kingdom forever will increase and remain,
And His authority to judge He will exercise.
The redeemed will rejoice, and the fallen shall wail,
Faced with the radiance of Jesus the Christ.
He’ll tread His winepress and over evil prevail,
Conquering all who side with the antichrist.
The Sun of Righteousness will rise with healing in His wings,
And He will gather His brood to Himself.
But to those who reject Him, judgement He brings,
So repent and stay not on sin’s shelf.
Why should you, for sin, be judged and die,
When God, in love, Himself died for you?
Do not, His offer of grace, deny,
But repent of sin and confess Jesus is true.
He is truly our God Who did pay,
For our sin, lifted up on the cross.
And He rose again on the third day,
Not considering the suffering to be loss.
For, His heart overflows with love,
And so, willingly, He went to the grave,
In this, His first coming from above,
To rescue and, our lost souls, save.
Behold the grace of God,
Seen in His blood that was shed.
But knowing He’ll come again bearing a rod,
Be filled with a right and wise dread.
Reverent fear of God’s where wisdom begins;
Take note, He is both loving and just.
He, in mercy, did die for our sins,
But to be forgiven, belief is a must.
Each of us can serve but one master,
And the Most High will brook no treason.
So, accept His offer to be saved from disaster,
While you have a chance in this life’s brief season.
We’ll either die and then before Him stand,
Or live to witness His second advent.
Please listen, let the reader understand,
No one can, divine justice, circumvent.
Confess your sin, and Christ’s love, reciprocate;
Be forgiven and raised to life from the fall.
Do not wait until it’s too late;
See the King and answer His loving call.
