Lord, I desire not to be great, but to make Your greatness known.
Let me no longer be self-seeking, but to seek Your fame alone.
Use me to fill and be ever filled; make me a vessel overflowing with grace.
Make Your love to pour through me as an extension of Your embrace.
Holy Spirit, ignite a flame in my heart that illuminates You.
In my weakness wield me in a way that, of Your might, gives others a view.
Oh Lord Jesus, I confess, I have often sought earthly fame.
Cleanse me and forgive my sin; send me out to proclaim Your Name.
For You alone are Lord and God, the Creator of all things.
You’re majestic and holy, Yahweh of hosts; the true King of all kings.
Where else but in You oh Lord, can we find forgiveness of sins?
Only in You we have salvation; in trusting You new life begins.
Jesus, Jesus You are God Who’s rich in mercy and love.
To save us from our sin You came, to die in our place, from above.
Though enthroned in Heaven, You stooped to be nailed to the cross.
You faced the just wrath we deserve to cleanse us of sin’s dross.
Beaten and bloodied, God Most High, You were killed and put in a tomb.
But in three days, our ransom supplied, You proved Your triumph over our doom.
Now death is defeated, the victory’s won; Christ the Lord is risen.
All who repent and believe in God’s Son, will be set free from death’s prison.
Much more about You needs be said, but I lack the infinitude required.
So, for the endless days I have in You, let me ever be inspired,
With words and deeds that make Your Name known; for all glory and honor is Yours.
Let my eternal life ever be a stream from which praise of You pours.
Blessed be the Lord Most High, Jesus Christ the Ancient of Days.
Holy, holy is the Lamb and perfect in all of His ways.
